Terms of Service

EyeLearn is an English practice service for IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL and SAT, provided by VisualCamp Co., Ltd. (6F, Jeongseon Building, 13 Dongsan-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea) (“VisualCamp”, “we”). These terms are an agreement between you and VisualCamp for the website and the app at www.eyelearn.me.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account, buying Pro, or continuing to use EyeLearn, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use EyeLearn.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens in your account. Please give a correct email address so we can reach you about your account and purchases.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use EyeLearn for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• send spam or abuse other people through the service;
• copy, resell or publish EyeLearn's practice sets, answers or reports, or otherwise infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• try to break, overload or get around the security or the access limits of the service, or access it with automated tools;
• share one Pro account with other people.

Our content and intellectual property

EyeLearn, its software, practice sets, reports and design belong to VisualCamp or its licensors. You may use them for your own study. Your own writing and answers remain yours. IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL and SAT are trademarks of their owners; EyeLearn is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

The service

We work to keep EyeLearn available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will lead to any particular exam result. Eye tracking depends on your camera, lighting and device. Predicted bands and scores are estimates for practice.

Pro and payment

Pro is a one-time pass for 30 or 90 days. It does not renew automatically. Prices are listed on our Pricing page, and checkout shows the final price including any tax. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments' buyer terms.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using EyeLearn and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for non-payment or a reversed payment, or where needed to protect the service or other users from security or fraud risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email or in the app.
